Job Title: ?HVAC Electrical Site Engineer / Manager Key Responsibilities Site Management & Operations: Oversee and manage all day-to-day on-site construction and installation activities for HVAC electrical systems. Coordinate seamlessly with other engineering disciplines (civil, plumbing, fire protection, etc.), architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project integration and execution. Supervise and provide guidance to site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contractors, ensuring efficient workforce coordination. Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to prevent delays, escalating complex problems to project managers or design teams as needed.? Safety & Quality Assurance: Implement, monitor, and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and procedures on site, ensuring compliance with all company policies and relevant industry codes/regulations (e.g., OSHA, local building codes). Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets approved design specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Ensure all necessary safety and protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly by all site personnel.? Project Planning & Control: Monitor project progress against the established baseline schedule and budget, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. Prepare and manage site resources, including tracking material received and used, and coordinating with the procurement team for timely delivery of equipment (chillers, AHUs, ducts, wiring, control panels, etc.). Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and documentation for management and clients.? Testing & Handover: Plan and oversee system testing, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning activities for all HVAC and electrical installations. Coordinate with the commissioning team to ensure proper functionality and integration with Building Management Systems (BMS). Assist in preparing and compiling final project handover documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and operation & maintenance manuals.? Required Skills & Qualifications Education:?B.Tech / Diploma / ITI (Electrical Engineering) Experience:?2-8 Years Technical Expertise:?In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures. Software Proficiency:?Familiarity with project management software, scheduling tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Soft Skills:?Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills are essential for managing teams and client relationships effectively
