About The Role

Dynamic and results-driven HVAC Project Manager with 6+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems design, project execution, and multidisciplinary coordination. Adept at managing complex HVAC installations across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, complemented by deep knowledge of electrical systems, piping layouts, pump selection, and plantroom configurations including chiller systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of HVAC project planning, design review, execution, and commissioning across commercial, industrial, and institutional sites.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and plantroom equipment.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil, and controls teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary project integration.
  • Review and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, piping layouts, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
  • Perform equipment selection including pumps, valves, chillers, and ducting components based on project requirements and engineering calculations.
  • Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion within approved budgets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify execution bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and statutory regulations throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time material delivery and technical support.
  • Monitor system performance during installation and commissioning, troubleshooting technical issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize system performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall project efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and alignment with project goals
  • Min 6-10 years experience
