About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HVAC Head to lead the design, execution, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems across Della Resorts & Adventure and other Della Group projects in Lonavala. This role requires a strong technical leader with expertise in large-scale hospitality, luxury infrastructure, and multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Lead HVAC planning and execution across all Della Group properties in Lonavala, including resorts, villas, adventure parks, and upcoming developments.
• Develop and implement HVAC strategies aligned with sustainability, energy efficiency, and luxury guest experience standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on project planning, budgeting, and long-term infrastructure development.
  
  

Project Execution

• Oversee HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning for new and ongoing projects
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Operations & Maintenance:
• Manage end-to-end HVAC operations across operational properties
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
• Ensure optimal system performance, uptime, and guest comfort
• Energy Management & Sustainability:
• Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Implement green building practices and ensure compliance with environmental standards
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend optimization strategies
  
  

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing HVAC engineering team
• Set performance goals, conduct training, and ensure continuous skill development
• Manage contractors and third-party service providers
  
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, safety standards, and HVAC codes.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems.
  
  

Job Expectations

• 12–18 years of experience in HVAC systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, or large-scale real estate projects.
• Expertise in central HVAC systems, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and BMS integration.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum Job Experience

12–18 years of experience in HVAC systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
