Role Description

• HVAC detailed design for Modular Technical Buildings

• Preparation of HVAC calculations, datasheets & design philosophy

• Equipment selection & vendor deliverable review

• HVAC control philosophy, D&ID & system documentation

• Design optimisation as per project & client requirements

• Coordination with project, construction & procurement teams

• HVAC estimation support for bids

• Ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, CIBSE & SMACNA standards

Eligibility:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification HVAC design experience

• Experience in Modular Buildings / Oil & Gas projects preferred

• Proficiency in Carrier HAP & HVAC design software

• Knowledge of AutoCAD / 3D modelling tools preferred

• Strong understanding of HVAC standards & hazardous area requirements

• Good communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
