Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and asset management processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations and an opportunity to gain practical experience in a growing SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist in posting job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Track recruitment progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Support internal communication related to engagement programs and activities.
  • Asset Maintenance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset assignments, removals, and movements.
  • Track asset allocation across departments and employees.
  • Prepare regular reports on asset utilization and inventory status for management review.
  • Assist in preparing budget reports based on asset usage and replacement requirements.
  • Support periodic asset audits and verification processes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication and coordination skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage data accurately.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
