Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our presence in the luxury interior segments from designer furniture and modular kitchens to lighting, sanitary ware, and soft furnishings.


Role Overview

The HR professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions while ensuring a disciplined, professional workplace environment. The role also involves handling client interactions at the Experience Centre, including welcoming visitors, coordinating walkthroughs, and supporting client relationship management to deliver a positive and consistent brand experience.


Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out

· Issue HR letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning and exit letters

· Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation

· Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

· Support salary structuring, increments, and payroll inputs

· Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling

· Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

· Support disciplinary processes as per company policy

· Coordinate performance appraisal cycles with tracking goal setting, reviews, and feedback

· Handle resignation, notice period tracking and exit formalities

· Support Client Relationship Management (CRM) activities

· Welcome and greet clients visiting the Experience Centre in a professional manner, including providing guided walkthroughs of the Experience Centre

 

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 4 years of experience in the luxury interiors or premium design product space.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms for project management and reporting.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset. 

· Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment.

· Two-wheeler is mandatory.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with luxury furniture, modular kitchen, sanitary ware or smart lighting brands.
  • Immediate joiner (within a week), based in Pune


Interview Process

  • The selection process includes two rounds of in-person interviews at our Viman Nagar office.
