Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Delhi, OH. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with the organization’s standards and labor laws. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. The role will also involve liaising with various departments to address HR needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Experience with HR software systems is a plus
