About the role
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist who can take ownership of end-to-end HR operations and
employee lifecycle management. This role involves process execution, HR systems management,
coordination with business teams, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience. You will closely work
with the Recruitment Team, Finance, and Heads across the organization for all cross functional deliverables.
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a warm, seamless new-joiner
experience, while efficiently coordinating exit formalities of employees.
• Serve as the custodian of HRIS, statutory records, HR policies, employee insurance, grievance handling,
employer branding, data analysis, and HR data accuracy with high confidentiality and compliance.
• Own monthly payroll processing, labour compliance, and performance management cycles.
• Owner of Monthly Payroll, HR Labour Compliance and Employee Performance Management.
• Maintain and update employee records including employee master data, KRAs and work profiles.
• Plan and execute engaging employee events, cultural activities, and recognition programs to nurture
an inclusive workplace culture while engaging in cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Provide timely support during internal and external audits.
• Support hiring requirements as and when required.
• Manage HR vendor relationships, contracts, and payments while resolving operational issues to ensure
seamless, cost-effective service delivery.
• Ensure the HR processes align with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities for the Role
• Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms and proficiency in MS Office Tools.
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance norms, and employee documentation processes.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively with ownership mindset.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience on HRIS software, payroll and compliance processes and employee relations.
