Role Description

Ambrosial is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh. The HR Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage personnel records, implement HR policies, and administer employee benefits programs. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining employee welfare initiatives, and facilitating communication between management and staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools is a plus
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations
