Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position in Madurai. The recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to fulfill the company’s talent requirements. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, organizing campus hiring drives, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will track recruitment metrics, adhere to timelines, and uphold compliance with labor regulations and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
  • Expertise in creating and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs
  • Strong organizational and database management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR management best practices is highly preferred
  • Experience in campus drives or mass hiring is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition, is desirable
