Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter based in Siliguri. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent. The role involves coordinating with department managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with HR administrative tasks and contributing to talent management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment Strategies and Employee Onboarding processes
• Ability to maintain candidate databases and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent Communication, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Human Resource Administration and Compliance
• Strong Organizational Skills to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
