Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including social media management, HR sourcing, campus recruitment, and cold calling.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to onboarding, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to streamline candidate tracking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, applying strong interviewing skills to evaluate technical competencies, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization.
- Engage in executive recruiting efforts for senior leadership roles by leveraging talent management and succession planning techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on employment law compliance and contracts.
- Lead employer branding initiatives via social media management and research to enhance our visibility in competitive markets.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations activities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft for data management and reporting purposes.
- Stay current on employment & labor law regulations to ensure all recruiting practices are compliant with legal standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft as well as HRIS systems such as ADP or Kronos.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law principles applicable across different regions or countries.
- Strong research skills for lead generation and talent mapping initiatives.
- Experience in using social media management tools for recruitment marketing purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in contracts, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
- A proactive mindset with experience in training & development programs related to talent acquisition practices.
