Role Description The Human Resources Payroll role at Aarvy Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, including maintaining employee records, calculating salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions, and ensuring timely payroll disbursement. The team member will handle HR documentation, support implementation of HR policies, assist with onboarding and exit formalities, and manage employee benefits and attendance data. Daily tasks include responding to employee queries related to payroll and benefits, coordinating with finance and departmental managers, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor and tax regulations. The role also contributes to HR reporting, process improvements, and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and payroll activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR operations.
  • 5-10 years of experience in creating Payroll for Hospitals.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
  • Experience managing Employee Benefits and related records, such as attendance, leave, insurance, and statutory contributions.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing, HRIS or payroll software, and MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Understanding of labor laws, statutory requirements, and tax regulations relevant to payroll and employment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Typically a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or payroll are an advantage.
