Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for WH Technology’s Bengaluru facility. This full-time, on-site role involves managing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, maintaining HR records, coordinating training programs, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and supporting health, safety, and compliance efforts in alignment with the company’s certifications. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition to support workforce needs across manufacturing and support functions.
  • Experience : 3-10 Years

  • Must have Experience in Aerospace and Defence Manufacturing Company
  • Experience with HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and health and safety practices, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement programs that support skill growth and retention.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, or similar sectors.
  • Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
