Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Lead training, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry . Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliances, and modern HR tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
