Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Kaman. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. The role involves managing employee onboarding, training programs, performance evaluations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the HR Manager will play an active role in fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns.

• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workforce Engagement
• Experience in Policy Development, Compliance, and Employment Law
• Ability to design and implement Training Programs and support Performance Management
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and knowledge of industry best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional HR certification preferred
