Job Title: HR and Admin Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, managing administrative activities, and supporting the sales teams. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Human Resources Management:**
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing support to employees and managers.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- **Administrative Management:**
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, including office management, facilities, and vendor management.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office functions and maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Handle budgeting and expense management for administrative functions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for HR and administrative functions.
- Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide administrative support and streamline processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals.
- Monitor and report on sales team performance and provide necessary support to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR and Admin Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
