Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chitwan District. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and benefits administration. This role involves ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws, resolving employee concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and collaborating with department leaders on workforce planning. The HR Manager will also play a key role in the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive organizational culture
- Experience in performance management and training and development
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR management systems and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is advantageous
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and local labor regulations is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Chitwan District and adapt to a dynamic work environment
