Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions to support Osprey International’s training, recruitment, and consulting operations. This full-time, on-site role based in India includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Daily responsibilities include handling performance management processes, supporting learning and development initiatives, managing employee relations, and addressing workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives.

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR management, preferably within training, recruitment, or consulting environments.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office applications, and data-driven HR reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
