About the Role:

Nivora Eye Institute is a growing, patient-centric eye care organization. We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to single handedly lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and HR systems development.

This is a hands-on role suited for candidates who enjoy building HR processes in a growing organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, administrative, and support roles.
  • Create job descriptions, hiring plans, and sourcing strategies.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct evaluations.
  • Manage offer process, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
  • Plan and execute structured onboarding for new hires.

 

Training & Development

  • Ensure role clarity and performance expectations for all employees.
  • Conduct soft skills, empathy, and SOP training sessions.
  • Coordinate role-specific and professional development programs.
  • Facilitate monthly feedback and performance discussions.

 

HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure discipline, grooming, and workplace policies.
  • Address employee concerns and support a positive work culture.

 

HR Systems & Planning

  • Develop career progression paths and salary structures.
  • Implement structured appraisal and performance systems.
  • Build talent pipelines for junior and trainee roles.
  • Create and update HR policies and SOPs.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
  • Strong recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding experience.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build HR systems and processes.
  • High ownership, integrity, and people-centric approach.
