The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals. The role also requires close collaboration with leadership to address workforce planning and talent acquisition needs. Qualifications Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development Proficiency in Performance Management, Training and Development, and HR policy implementation Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Best Practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to foster a positive workplace environment and support organizational growth Experience in the agriculture or related industry is a plus Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master?s preferred)
