Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling grievance redressal, coordinating training and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. The role also partners with leadership to build a positive work culture, support organizational change, and align HR practices with business goals.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with experience managing hiring processes for multiple roles and levels.
- Proficiency in performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development planning.
- Experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and building inclusive, collaborative work environments.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in HR operations and documentation.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, development, and upskilling programs aligned with business needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or HR software, MS Office tools, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable HR leadership role, ideally within retail, consumer goods, or multi-location organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make sound, people-centric decisions.
