Job Description

The Company

Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key client are working together to source experienced and qualified Arabic HR Manager for their office in Jeddah.


The Responsibilities


HR Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with KSA labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide HR leadership and support to management and employees across the organization.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for all KSA-based operations.

HR Platforms & Systems Management (KSA)

  • Oversee and manage HR platforms used within KSA
  • Ensure accurate data entry, record-keeping, and reporting across all HR systems.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with Saudi legal requirements.

Employment & Contract Management

  • Manage employment agreements for all staff, ensuring alignment with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Oversee contract management for:
  • Employees (full-time, fixed-term, and outsourced staff)
  • Suppliers and HR-related service providers
  • Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Advise management on contractual risks and compliance matters.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment processes for KSA-based roles as required.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including induction, documentation, and system registration.
  • Ensure proper visa, Iqama, and work permit processes where applicable (in coordination with PRO or government relations team).

Private Medical Insurance Compliance

  • Oversee the company’s private medical insurance program for employees in KSA.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi health insurance regulations (CCHI).
  • Liaise with insurance providers to manage enrollments, claims, renewals, and disputes.
  • Ensure all eligible employees are properly covered.

GOSI Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely employee registration with GOSI.
  • Manage monthly GOSI contributions and reconciliations.
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi social insurance regulations.
  • Handle GOSI audits or inquiries as required.


The Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.


Experience:

  • 2–5 years HR Experience .
  • Experience in mining, industrial, construction, or heavy industry is highly preferred.
  • Arabic Speaker
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, and CCHI requirements.
