Human Resources Manager

We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Immediate Joiner (Mulund, On-site)

Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team immediately, within the next 7–10 days. This role is on-site in Mulund and requires someone who can start without delay – timing is key.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Industry Background: You come from media, entertainment, or marketing. This is important because we need someone familiar with the pace, culture, and nuances of our industry.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience – no more, no less.
• Location: Fully on-site in Mulund. Remote or hybrid candidates cannot be considered for this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a high-performing workplace culture.
• Work closely with leadership to implement HR strategies that fit the dynamic media/marketing environment.
• Bring fresh ideas and energy to HR processes and employee experience.
