Job Title: HR Manager

Role Summary:

The HR Manager oversees all human resources functions including hiring, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
  • Create and post job descriptions on hiring platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle payroll coordination with finance/accounts team
  • Manage employee grievances and conflict resolution
  • Develop performance appraisal systems
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Maintain HR records and employee databases
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–8+ years of HR experience (depending on company size)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, payroll, and HR policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HRMS software
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • MBA in HR / PGDM in HR
  • Experience in recruitment + generalist HR role
