Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Hiring
- Develop hiring plans aligned with business goals
- Proactively source and poach top-tier talent
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles
2. Talent Quality Control
- Design evaluation frameworks prioritizing mindset, ownership, and attitude over credentials
- Maintain strict hiring benchmarks to ensure only A-players are onboarded
3. Startup Organization Building
- Define organizational structure, reporting lines, and accountability systems
- Build lean, execution-focused teams (avoid bureaucratic layers)
- Continuously refine team structure based on performance and scale needs
4. Employer Branding
- Position Dimois as a high-performance, elite workplace
- Attract ambitious and growth-oriented professionals
5. Systems & Process
- Build scalable hiring systems, tracking mechanisms, and dashboards
- Implement data-driven decision-making in recruitment and team performance
