At C J Smart India Private Limited, we are committed to building a high-performing workforce that drives innovation and business excellence. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager – Recruitment to join our team.

Position: HR Manager – Recruitment

Industry: Consumer Electronics

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Experience: 3–5 Years

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various business functions.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure the right talent fit.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency.

• MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet hiring timelines.

Interview Process: 3 Rounds

Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
