The firm's practice covers all aspects of IP laws including litigation & anti-counterfeiting, patents & designs, trademarks & copyrights, emerging IP rights, and transactional IP.

Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices to ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains the best talent. The role also includes managing day-to-day HR operations, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• At least 3 years of experience in HR management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in recruiting top talent and developing effective retention strategies
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and programs
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in HR or MBA is a plus.
