Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager based in East Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as implementing HR policies and practices. Key responsibilities include performance management, employee development, compliance with labor regulations, payroll processing, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves supporting leadership in workforce planning and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and company goals.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, workplace compliance, and best practices in employee relations
• Experience in workforce development and talent management, including training and employee engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sectors
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
