Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR-related functions at Slohh by Roach Bengaluru, Curio Collection by Hilton, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development programs to align with organizational goals. The role also involves managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and working closely with department heads to address staffing and compliance needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru, and a preference will be given to local candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Training, Development, and Performance Management
• Knowledge of Labor Law Compliance and Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
