Company Description ASPECT INTEGRATED I.T. PRIVATE LIMITED (AIITPL) operates from its own independent IT park in Maharashtra and is registered with the Government of Maharashtra. AIITPL serves a diverse client base, including Central and State Government bodies, corporate groups, banking institutions, and educational organizations such as universities. Established in 2009 as a knowledge-driven organization, AIITPL focuses on IT Bare Act compliance services and human resources operations (HRO). Over the years, it has become a single-point solution provider for IT solutions, HR operations, and statutory compliance services for organizations across India.
Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. This role involves managing payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and HR documentation, while coordinating closely with leadership and department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment. The position requires regular reporting on HR metrics and participation in continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes and systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance, especially in IT and related industries.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software tools, and basic MS Office applications.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to manage employee relations.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple HR processes and deadlines.
  • Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role in IT or service-oriented organizations is highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in HR, labor law, or compliance, and familiarity with ISO-related HR practices will be considered an advantage.
