Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guntur East for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role involves developing HR policies and procedures, conducting training programs, managing employee benefits, and handling conflict resolution. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with management to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals.

• Experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance
• Skills in developing and conducting training programs
• Strong conflict resolution and employee development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Guntur East
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
