This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The role will actively support organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and talent development initiatives while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

• Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning skills
• Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding practices
• Knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies implementation
• Proficiency in Training and Development, Employee Engagement, and Retention strategies
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in managing HR for tech-focused or education-centric organizations is an advantage
