Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes managing payroll, implementing training and development programs, and promoting employee engagement. Collaboration with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals is also a key component of this position.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance practices, and organizational policies
• Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
• Proficiency in performance management, training, and development
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and align HR strategies with business goals
• Experience with HR management software and payroll systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
