Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies. Daily tasks include developing HR strategies, managing employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and serving as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters for leadership. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records, evaluating HR metrics, and supporting organizational growth strategies.

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent sourcing, and onboarding processes
• In-depth understanding of workplace policies, labor laws, and employee compliance
• Strong skills in employee relations and performance management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with HR software and systems for managing employee records and HR workflows
• Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to align HR practices with organizational goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
• Prior experience in the interior design, architecture, or creative industries is advantageous
