Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility to work remotely. The Human Resources Manager will oversee talent acquisition, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support overall organizational development. The role also involves implementing HR policies, coordinating training programs, and managing employee performance reviews. Additionally, the Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in employee benefits and workplace culture enhancements.

• Proficiency in Human Resources Management, including knowledge of employment laws, policies, and best practices.
• Strong Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills to support a growing team.
• Experience in Training, Development, and Employee Engagement to foster professional growth and a positive workplace culture.
• Skills in Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
• Experience in the fintech or consulting industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
