Industry Short term villa and flats rental management company Qualifications 1-4 years of experience working in short term villa rental management or hospitality operations and ability to understand the unique staffing needs of the industry Residence in a commutable distance to Candolim, Goa Expected salary - Rs. 25000 to Rs. 32,000 per month based on the experience Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for all roles, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, operations, and administrative staff. Manage onboarding, performance monitoring, and employee life-cycle processes. Oversee and maintain payroll, attendance management, and shift scheduling. Develop and implement employee retention, training, and growth strategies. Maintain healthy employee relations and ensure smooth communication across teams. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR-related statutory requirements. Create and implement HR policies and SOPs tailored to hospitality and rental operations. Handle vendor and staffing agency coordination when required. Support management with manpower planning and organizational development
