About the Internship

Corenest Tech LLP is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative HR functions. The role is ideal for candidates who are looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management.


Location: On-Site | Raipur

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month


Key Responsibilities :-


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and professional platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.


HR Operations
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation and employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.


Employee Engagement
  • Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining positive internal communication with employees.


Administrative Support
  • Maintain HR files and documents in an organized manner.
  • Assist with daily HR administrative and coordination tasks.


Eligibility Criteria
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
