Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Indore. The role involves supporting HR activities such as managing employee records, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinating for recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits. The intern may also support other personnel management tasks to aid the Human Resources team with various projects and day-to-day operations.

• Assist in recruitment and hiring process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Coordinate with candidates and maintain interview schedules.
• Help in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Help manage attendance and employee data.
• Support in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist the HR team with reports and HR databases.

• Basic understanding of Human Resources concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / HR / Business Administration or related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment
