Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Surat. The intern will assist in managing core HR activities such as implementing HR policies, handling personnel management, coordinating employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting hiring processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and HR Management
- Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits processes and systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
