Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Screen and shortlist applicants through phone calls/in-person interviews based on position requirements
Schedule and conduct aptitude and/or written test for the candidates
Work on conducting initial interviews for eligible candidates
Work on finalizing applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
Perform reference and background checks
Work on achieving staffing objectives within TAT
Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
Conduct regular follow-ups to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
