Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end manpower sourcing through recruitment drives, employee referrals, internal hiring, outsourcing, and vendor coordination.
• Drive seamless employee onboarding, induction, documentation, ID card/uniform issuance, HRMS updates, and exit formalities.
• Administer employee benefits, statutory compliances (ESI, PF, GPA, etc.), and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
• Validate attendance, leave, OT, Comp-off, TA, payroll inputs, and ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination.
• Coordinate statutory, technical, behavioral, and employee development training programs.
• Partner with department heads to drive performance management, employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and grievance resolution.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, workplace safety, and adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
• Oversee employee administration, including canteen, transport, housekeeping, and other support services.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the HR team to ensure operational excellence and timely completion of HR deliverables.
• Prepare and present HR MIS reports and dashboards, providing insights to support business and people decisions.
• Multilingual proficiency with strong command over Tamil, English, and preferably Hindi.
