Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to support daily HR operations, including onboarding, payroll assistance, and workforce/vendor coordination through Workspend. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new employees and collecting required documents
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems
• Support monthly payroll by preparing basic inputs (attendance, leaves, etc.)
• Help resolve employee queries related to HR and payroll
• Coordinate with vendors for contract employees
• Track timesheets and invoices in Workspend
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in systems
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with Workspend or similar tools is a plus
