Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to support daily HR operations, including onboarding, payroll assistance, and workforce/vendor coordination through Workspend. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new employees and collecting required documents
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems
- Support monthly payroll by preparing basic inputs (attendance, leaves, etc.)
- Help resolve employee queries related to HR and payroll
- Coordinate with vendors for contract employees
- Track timesheets and invoices in Workspend
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in systems
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with Workspend or similar tools is a plus

- Willingness to learn and grow in HR
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Responsible and detail-focused approach.
