Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups)
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview experience
• Facilitate onboarding processes including documentation and induction
• Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy
• Track attendance, leaves, and working hours
• Support payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy
• Handle documentation such as offers letters, contracts, and letters

3. Employee Experience & Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
• Support engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
• Assist in implementing HR policies and processes
• Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture

4. Compliance & Processes

• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR practices
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• 1 + years of experience in HR or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ZOHO People
• High attention to detail and accountability
