This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes. This role will involve collaborating with multiple departments to support recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with organizational policies.

• A strong understanding of HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) functions
• Experience in handling HR Operations and managing Employee Relations effectively
• Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
