The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, implementing and managing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR management processes. The role also involves supporting recruitment efforts and addressing employee needs effectively to promote a healthy workplace environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations Proficiency in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
