About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communication.
  • Prepare offer letters and complete pre-joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.


2. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, reimbursements, incentives, and employee data.
  • Manage Full & Final settlements and exit documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.


3. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
  • Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for statutory filings.
  • Maintain compliance records and support internal/external audits.


4. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and separations.
  • Draft employment letters, HR policies, and employee-related documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding.


5. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate office administration activities, vendor management, and employee facilities.
  • Ensure timely issuance of ID cards, access cards, and other administrative requirements.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations.


6. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, KRA/KPI tracking, and employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR Operations and HR Generalist functions.
  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Knowledge of labour laws including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, and related statutory requirements.
  • Experience working with HRMS and payroll software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
  • Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist role.
  • Experience in the Insurance, BFSI, or Corporate sector will be an added advantage.
