Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR MIS Executive to manage HR data, reporting frameworks, and workforce analytics. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, generating regular HR reports, and supporting the HR team with reliable data insights to ensure smooth HR operations and informed decision-making.
This is a process-driven role where you will ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting consistency, and track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, attendance, and recruitment performance. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and data management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver timely reports while continuously identifying opportunities to improve HR reporting systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and MIS trackers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Generate reports on headcount, attrition, and recruitment metrics.
- Track and monitor attendance and workforce data.
- Maintain recruitment and hiring trackers.
- Support HR operations with accurate data and reporting.
- Assist in HR audits, compliance, and documentation.
Must-Have Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR MIS, HR Operations, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data management)
- Good understanding of HR data management, reporting, and workforce analytics
- Ability to maintain and manage large HR datasets with accuracy
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting consistency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines
Good to Have / Preferred
- Experience working with HRMS or payroll systems.
- Basic knowledge of HR analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, advanced Excel functions.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
