We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking HR professional who can strengthen our people practices, bring positive organisational change, and help build a healthy and growth-oriented work environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across departments
- Hire new talent across relevant teams based on organizational requirements
- Identify grey areas, gaps, and process inefficiencies within teams and suggest effective solutions to address them
- Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and operational processes
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Support performance management and employee development programs
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain HR records, attendance systems, and compliance documentation
- Work closely with sales team and leadership on organisational development and manpower planning
- Introduce modern HR tools, automation, and process improvements
- Build and maintain a positive, transparent, and employee-friendly workplace culture
- Support conflict resolution and employee grievance handling
- Coordinate training, learning, and growth initiatives for employees
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Assist in defining KRAs, appraisal structures, and performance tracking systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workforce productivity and retention
- 4+ years of HR experience
- MBA in HR or related specialisation preferred
- Strong understanding of HR systems, tools, and organisational processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and drive change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership coordination skills
