Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Powai in the Mumbai metropolitan region. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR management and operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and streamlining HR-related processes. The role involves actively supporting employee engagement, addressing workplace issues, and facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in HR Management and overseeing day-to-day HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and experience in improving workplace satisfaction
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation to ensure compliance and organizational alignment
• A comprehensive background in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with HR software tools is beneficial
